STEP1 : 3D Design on computer
STEP2 : Wax printing from computer using RP printing machine
hand wax modeling to adjust details (in some cases we do all by hand)
hand wax modeling
STEP3 : Casting of Silver Master mold
STEP4 : Make the Rubber mold imprint from the Master allows future replication
STEP5 : Casting gold, Shrinkage occurs, we can now mesure theexcat size of stones needed
SETP6 : Sorting, recutting, groving. Each stone need a gutter to grab it from underneath, and the size must be exact to 0.01 mm precision. We recut every stone.
STEP7 : Invisible setting an start under binoculars
STEP7 : Invisible setting
STEP7 : Invisible setting. Always start from center to the outter direction
STEP7 : The bottom of the bangle is pave set to resist chocks better.

Depending on how much the budget is the top facets might show slight variation in size
Because when we recut to precision we chose from a stock going from 1.9 mm to 2.1 mm
And we put all stones to be 2.0 mm so te bigger stones will show a large table facet.
STEP8 : Polishing
STEP9 : Assembling and Rhodium plating
Rhodium plating will give the chromium effect to white gold.
Gold is a yellow metal. White gold 18k is an allow using gold and paladium, naturally tinted with yellow (off-white).
